Preparation and packaging of your order

Your products are prepared by our teams with the utmost care immediately after payment and validation of the order on the francis-miot.com website in boxes intended for delivery, to guarantee you more resistance and a reception in perfect condition at the address provided. Fragile treats packaged in glass jars will benefit from additional protection.

Parcel Shipping

Your order is shipped as soon as possible. We promise to ship your package within 48 hours (2 working days, excluding holidays and weekends), that is to prepare, pack and put your order on the delivery platform.

It should be noted that during the holiday season, in view of a sudden increase in activity, this delay may have to vary.
